As a reader of Influence: Science of Practice - how similar is the content and format of this new publication and is it also based on Professor Cialdini's research? I can't find this on Amazon - where can I find a copy?

Hello Everyone,
Steve Martin here. I am the author of Yes! 50 Secrets from the Science of Persuasion along with Dr. Noah Goldstein and Dr. Robert Cialdini.
The new book is different to Influence: Science and Practice. Yes! is primarily a practitioners book that provides specific applications that anyone can use in an entirely honest and ethical way to become more persuasive at work and in their personal lives. Whilst we clearly refer to Dr. Cialdini's Six Universal Principles of Persuasion we don't limit oursleves to them. Although the six principles act as the foundation for the majority of successful social influence strategies, there are also many persuasion techniques that are based on other psychological factors, which we cover.
Yes! is structured around fifty chapters of 1000 words or so each with a practical take away , tip or strategy that anyone can apply to become more persuasive. There are new studies, new insights and we have included an extended final chapter about influence on the internet and influence across differing cultures.
We are very encouraged by the feedback we are recieving from the reviews and are looking forward to November when the book hits the shops in the UK.
